About the Founder
Meet Ms. Estrella “Ms. Ella” Noriega
Ms. Estrella Noriega, lovingly known as Ms. Ella, is the founder and heart behind Well Care Medical Group of Estrell. With more than 12 years of experience as an emergency psychiatric nurse, she has dedicated her career to supporting individuals living with mental health and behavioral health challenges through compassionate, patient-centered care.
Her passion for mental and behavioral health comes from years of caring for patients and families during some of life’s most vulnerable moments. Through these experiences, Ms. Ella developed a deep understanding of the emotional, psychological, and clinical needs of individuals facing mental health conditions. She believes that healing begins with empathy, dignity, trust, and meaningful human connection.
In addition to her clinical background, Ms. Ella is also the owner of Level 4 group homes in Concord, providing 24-hour structured care and supervision for individuals with significant mental health and behavioral needs. These homes offer a safe, stable, and supportive environment where residents receive assistance with daily living, emotional wellness, medication management, and behavioral support while working toward improved stability and quality of life.
At the center of Ms. Ella’s mission is a commitment to helping individuals feel valued, supported, and never alone in their journey.
